At Hudhud Traders, we follow Islamic principles of fairness, honesty, and mutual consent in all transactions.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong product
- The product does not match the description
In accordance with Khiyar al-‘Ayb (defect) and Khiyar al-Ru’yah (inspection right), customers may return eligible items if unused and in original condition.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Return request must be submitted within 3 days
Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Items damaged after delivery (not due to our fault)
- Clearance/sale items (unless defective)
- Personal-use/hygiene items
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method
Exchanges
- Allowed only for defective or incorrect items, subject to availability
Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (defect/wrong item), we cover return shipping
- Otherwise, the customer may bear the shipping cost
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- After shipping, the return policy applies
